All services are subject to project requirements, availability, and client approval.
All quotations provided by CREATO are based on project specifications and requirements.
Prices may vary if project scope, design, size, or materials change.
Quotations are valid for a limited period as mentioned in the proposal.
Advance payment may be required before starting any project.
Remaining payment must be completed as per agreed project milestones or completion timeline.
CREATO reserves the right to pause or cancel services if payment terms are not followed.
Clients must review and approve design layouts before production begins.
CREATO is not responsible for errors or changes requested after final design approval.
Any additional modifications may result in extra charges.
Project completion timelines depend on design complexity, material availability, and installation requirements.
CREATO is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, site issues, or client approval delays.
Clients must ensure proper site access and permissions for installation work.
CREATO is not responsible for structural or electrical issues at the client’s site unless included in the project scope.
Warranty is applicable only to selected signage materials and LED components as mentioned in the project agreement.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
All designs, layouts, and creative concepts developed by CREATO remain the intellectual property of CREATO unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project cancellation must be informed in writing.
Advance payments may not be refundable once production work has started.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on project progress and expenses incurred.
CREATO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or signage products.
CREATO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
